I think when a teabag broke in my drink I had very vivid dreams one night. Tongiht I just had 2 cups of green tea, but I also broke the bags open and poured some the of the leaves in. We'll see what happens.

Well, that kinda makes sense... I used to drink a lot of tea during my last holidays to help me have lds and I had most of my lds during that time... could be the reason for my dryspell... thx!!! Please give feedback!

Nothing to my knowledge should happen. You can essentially relate green tea to fiber, or an act as niacin. A lot of it is mainly based on antioxidants. What's probably in the tea bag is valerian which can be found at any vitamin shop as a root extract in a vile.

I don't know, I didn't do this last night.. but the night before I had some of the leaves and couldn't sleep at all!
I've done this before and been able to sleep fine so I think this was a fluke.
And I would have to say that the leaves do contain more than fiber. They contain caffeine! I didn't have many leaves but sometimes I can be sensitive to caffeine.
I will let post results the next time I try this.

Well to be honest I havent' been sleeping well lately but I started having the tea/leaves earlier in the day so this should not be the problem. I have however starting a new and intense R.C. method that also involves being more focused throughout the day.. so maybe my body is trying to adapt to that.

Well, just for having a cup of tea the other night I became sort of lucid... I mean, it was a short lucid and I just decided to do crazy jumps and stuff but I did become lucid for a few seconds, which is a big deal for me right now!

Will this work with normal tea?

I used a mix of chamomille and other herbs. Just drink some tea that helps you sleep.

I think it would work fine. too bad I can't get that stuff here..:(
Caffeïne and Teïne; two stimulant substances that make you mentally sharper and physically relaxed.
I drink alot of tea all the time, especially before LD-attempts.
However I don't see how the psychoactive effect of green Tea in a bag, Camellia Sinensis (NOT Valerian BTW), would differ from Green tea floating loosely through your tea. I still say the same substances are at work.

I mainly drink green tea, though it doesn't really help me get lucid.
