Mis-said something bad

Have you ever mis-said something infront of someone and it was really embarrising, funny, bad etc.

My example is that I once said Durex Puppy, instead of Andrex Puppy infront of my girlfriend's mother :bang:

One time when I was younger, year 4, I was off sick from school, I came back after a few days and the teacher said "Are you feeling better?"
The moment after I said "Yes" I threw up.

On another time I was at my nan's and my brother was always going on about getting a lizard, I told my nan about it and she asked what kind. Now the lizard was a chuckawalla. However I said "He's getting a fuckawalla".

I ususally have loads of these but can't think right now...

Jimmy (in front of the class, of course,): "It's one of those shit-dogs."
