Another WILD technique

First off, I'd never had a succesful WILD, but this is the closest I've ever gotten:

I smoked one joint at about 8pm and went to bed at like midnight. I was not high but could still feel the marijuana. I decided to try a WILD. After about 20 minutes, I started to see very vivid hypnagogic imagery.

It soon turned to this scene: A field with a blue sky, and a house in the field. There was a man standing in the field, not talking, but inviting me to enter the dream. I then lost the vision and couldn't fall asleep for about 2 hours.

I am thinking that marijuana is very helpful to me for WILDs.

I do find marijuana a good meditaion aid tho, when you deprive your sences the high seems a lot stronger.

A while back, one of my friends had a lucid dream that exact way. She had been high earlier that day, and was generally in a peaceful state of mind. Since then, she has natural lucid dreams a few times a week. I'm jealous.

I have probably had over 100 lucid dreams in my life. About 3 of them were drug influenced.

In the future, spare yourself some humiliation by not assuming. I make sure that I know what's going on before I open my mouth.

Actually, there are 28.4 grams in an ounce. So 114 grams is about a quarter pound. Calling it a QP seems much easier to me, but I guess homeboy is compensating for something by using the much larger number.

Also, Cinic, you poor thing, how long have you been getting ripped off? 10 grams in an ounce? Are you in 6th grade or something and buying your reefer from some high school dealer?

im not sayin the government is in a conspiracy wit tobacco industries, what happened is way back when, relations wit the US territories and mexico werent good, so the government decided hey, lets ban weed so it makes the mexicans look bad cuz they smoke it. so its been illegal since then and hasnt changed, why is it legal all over europe? and wit cigarettes, hell yeah theyre worse for you, they pump them full of nicotine to get you addicted. marijuana has no physically addictive chemicals in it, people tryin to quick smokin cigarettes go through withdrawal and physical symptoms, people who smoke weed and quit go through no physical withdrawal symptoms. and 400,000 people die a year from smoking cigarettes, last i checked no one has ever died from smoking too much weed. you gotta smoke somethin like 600 joints in 1 day to actually die from smoking marijuana. trust me, i know a lot about this subject

Marijuana is not physically addictive. Psychologically maybe, but even that's debatable. Still, no evidence exists to prove that marijuana has any physically addictive qualities, whether you think so or not.

Whether something is good or bad has nothing to do with addiction (or the discussion).

Research shows that marijuana is not physically addictive. It's not considered physically addictive because users show few or no withdrawal symptoms during cessation. You can believe it is if you want, but modern scienece and research tends to disagree with you.

Out of curiousity, have you ever tried marijuana? Answer if you are comfortable.

the water thing is true. Try it :D ! Just kidding. If you drink I think it is 1-2 gallons in an hour you get water drunk and can die from it. And you can be addicted to so many things that this has become pointless. If you want to arguee something here why not arguee wheter or not being high can induce LDs. I personally don't think so. I think that a person is still in the same mind frame as the drug and seeing things becomes a side effect. Rather than really being awayre of where your mind and body is in terms of a physical state.

Here's how it works.

1- They say marijuana is bad for you, worse than ciggarettes.... well they're telling about half the truth. Tar is almost 4 times as worse in marijuana than it is in ciggarettes(a bit due too the fact there's no filter,usually used for pot... and no, water does not filter it). Seeing as ciggarettes have quite a few more(lots more, as in pot = 2ish, ciggarettes = 20+) harmful cancer causing ingredients.

2- Take the amount of marijuana it would take a person to Over-Dose on(varies), divide it by 2, that's about how much it will take to knock that person out. Can't smoke if you're knocked out.

Only realistic way to Over-Dose on marijuana, would be to eat an excessive amount of it, really quickly(I'm talking like a a pound in an hour).

Ergot, marijuana is overall better for your body than ciggarettes along the lines of not getting cancer. So it's A. Smoke ciggarettes and get cancer and eventually die, B. Smoke marijuana and hack up spit a bit more than usual.(or C. Do em' both ;))

3- Marijuana can be physically addictive. Most who smoke don't consume enough of it too reach this addiction, but what it is basically, is the burn-out effect. When you're physically addicted too marijuana, you'll know when you notice you being in aggressive moods when not high.(take a couple days break from it, you'll get the natural body high as your body re-adjusts). Basically, you need to smoke marijuana too act normal because you induce so much of it that when your bodies not high, it thinks there's something wrong. So in the end it really still is a mental addiction, but your body plays it out.

I could go on and on and on... but debating a topic where only one view knows the details... I'll pass.
