If you have trouble remembering to r.c then scribble 'reality check' on a few sticky notes or spell it out on the fridge, put it as an item on your desktop,
but my fave is to stick it dirctly on the roof above your head, so you can do one straight after wakinging up! :bowdown: no more false awakenings :banana:

I have "Reality Check" written in a pink highlighter pen on a big sticky in my cubicle at work. I notice it about 10 times a day, and always do my check!
