On a serious note, does anyone find that pretty irresponsible? How could anyone manage that many in such a small space?

man, that's just cruel!!! I know before i got mine, i was obsessing over whether they had enough room to run around, could i keep them separate from my dogs and parrots...

Mental...Not only is the space thing an issue, but how can she keep up with them all healthwise? Rather crazy way of feeding them too, i might add. :P

Jesus Christ. The floor was literall writhing with cats. I bet that every few days a cat dies there. What if one of them caught a contaious disease? You'd have an epidemic that's what.

That is cruel, there's no way just throwing bits of food on the floor is going to feed them all. Some of the cats might not get any.

that room didn't look filthy and all the cats seemed pretty lively. Maybe that is just a room she keeps them in for feeding or when she's out etc. I bet they are allowed outside or they would surely look much more sickly.

Jesus Christ! That woman's mental having all those cats in such a small area. That's bordering on animal abuse. It was pretty funny at first though seeing all those mad cats charging at the doorway when she came in. 136 cats...talk about financial struggles XD

If she cared that much for them and had that many i'm sure she would not have them in just one area and if she did all those cats would have been gone by then considering if they have animal control around there. But those cats looked normal and healthy so didn't look like they lived in one room.
~EDIT~ I also have 3 healthy cats of my own

Man that has to be illegal isn't there a limit to the amount of animals one can have in their living quarters? That's ridiculous.

That's a lot of freaking cats! Yep, Exo I've definitely been outdone! :p

Most cities set limits on how many animals you can have in one home. Of course, there's no way to know you have more than the allowed number unless you get reported by someone, which is usually a result of witnessed neglect or abuse. I have known a few clients who have been "collectors"... it wasn't pretty.

But the cats in that video look reasonably healthy actually. I would think there would be more cat fights though, especially around feeding time, if they were being starved.
