Dream Journal reviewing

How often do you guys review your dream journals? Do find that it helps LD chances if you review a substantial number of past dreams daily?

I noticed that when i look back over my dreams, Even though i haven't been doing this for long- I often notice things in my new dreams from before (Dream Signs.) So yes, i would say it can help LDing.

I notice that when I'm thinking about my dreams (such as when reading journal entries) I tend to remember dreams I had months or years ago (before I kept a journal). So it definatly puts you in a different frame of mind.

I often like to go back and see what i dreamed of exactly a year and compare dreams or see if anything syncs up.

Haven't had the time to do it lately though.
