Hmm... That's a hard question to answer, Matt. I'll have to think more.

Greatest: James Madison - One of the strongest supporters of the Constitution, author of the Bill of Rights, defended America in the War of 1812. Carried out the duties of his office, nothing more and nothing less.
Worst: George W. Bush - Signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act and a supply-side tax break to boost the economy; hopes to receive credit for the successes of future administrations in foreign policy, the Iraq/Afghanistan Wars, Social Security reform, and many other areas.
Best - J. F. K.
Worst - Dubya.

Best: I'll give it to four, because I just can't decide; George Washington; Thomas Jefferson; Andrew Jackson; and Theodore Roosevelt.
Worst: William Jefferson Clinton.
Best - Ronald Reagan and John Fitzgerald Kennedy
Worst - George W. Bush

Worst: George W. Bush
Worst - Dubya.
Worst - George W. Bush
In terms of being able to communicate with the public, he is the worst as far as I know. Part of being a good president is being a good communicator, and G.W. Bush has the communication skills of the average carnival ticket tearer.
Best- ronald reagen or roosevelt
worst- bill clinton

Best: reagan
Worst: clinton
Best - no contest, Ronald Reagan.
Did the most direct damage but (was until recently) one of the most likable - Jimmy Carter. (Sadly, he seems to have turned into a racist idiot in the past few years. And it IS sad. I really liked Carter the man.)
Did the most damage overall - worst and most dangerous - William Jefferson Clinton
