Lately i've been feeling this strain in the area between my eyebrows and a little up(that's the third eye right?) It feels like i was pulling my eyebrows up all day and the muscles are tired. If you don't know what Im talking about then it feels like I've been doing this :holyshit: minus the eyes, to my eyebrows, thus affecting that area.
I usually feel it during nighttime and it's getting tiresome. I even completely relax that area when I do experience this, but I still feel it. I don't know what the hell this is or what's causing it and I don't think it's stress since I haven't experienced any since almost a month ago(summer vacation starting)
ANY suggestions or input will be appreciated. I'm pretty much desperate at this point
Quick! Cover your third eye up with a bandana or hat! People will call you a freak! I'm warning you!

stop being so god damn envisioning! jebus!
could be a couple things... it could be mental... or physical... it could be a head ache...
how's your hypnotic imagery coming? are you able to visualize things at all?
i don't know. perhaps you're living too much in the imagination and not enough in the physical world... go out... go to the park... go out... try to be more concerned with physical existance.
Wow that's a lot of stars. Hello Admiral. :|

wow, a lucid expert in just 24 hours? how do you do it?
i only ask because a response to anything i type is inevitable.
I guess when you spend your whole day running around doing stuff, you just get kinda lazy. I gotta find something to occupy my mind. ;)

Funny you should mention this, but I've got a very similar problem.
Although with me, it seems to be because my eyebrows keep flexing involuntarily. And getting tired eventually. Probably because of immense work stress at the moment. :|
Are you under any heavy stress at the moment?

Just a thought nightowl, if you feel that it is over-stimulated then it is overactive, right?
I forget which chakra number the third eye is, but I bet a google of yoga techniques for overactive chakra would return something that might help.
Hmmm... wait a minute! I know a yoga instructress, brb, I hope with a better answer!
