Got new CD/Alarm clock with sounds

I'm wonderin if my new alarm clock with nature sounds will help my lucid dreaming. It has 4 presets, like ocean and forests etc. Anyway, any of you have one of of these, and do they work?

How would it help your lucid dreaming? Alarm clocks can wake you up from lucid dreams, but as far as I know they can't help you acheive one.

Well i can see how it could work as a external dream sign device much like the led light contraption that shines the red lights on your closed eyes when you are in Rem sleep but instead of lights you hear sounds good idea

I have that clock. I've been using it to wake up for years. By now, those nature sounds are just as annoying and 'oh crap i have to wake up damnit' as the most annoying beep could be. It's all in your head.
