Do you think my current avatar is a bit disrespectful?

Lee Harvey Oswald. Not the most saintly of souls by anyone's standard, even if he didn't pop JFK, but I still think he deserves a bit of dignity. I mean, dead guys and photographs aren't covered by the Geneva convention (or are they?), but is it still disrespectful to plant a mic near a guy bawling in agony and equip his assasin with a guitar? Is that bad taste? I'm unsure of this one, so I'm passing the verdict on to you.
