Usually I wear a blazer (jacket) to school.

Inner left pocket: Phone, data stick and home key
Inner right pocket: Glasses
Outer right: Assorted paper occasionally
Outer left: Assorted paper occasionally.

One of those little clear plastic wallet things that hold credit cards with my driver's license and library card and such in it.
Black Ice Zippo lighter.
Whatever amount of cash I happen to have at the time.

Left front pocket:

Zebra F-301 Compact pen.
Wenger Handyman Swiss Army Knife.

I don't use my other pockets much. Maybe my cell phone or MP3 player in my cargo pocket. Right now it's the same as above, except my SAK is sitting on my bedside table.
