Pretty much, when you Lucid Dream, you can pleasure yourself/have someone else pleasure you.

When you don't Lucid Dream, well, you don't.

Just curious if anyone else has heard of this,

Are you saying that it's basically a reality check whenever you do something sexual? As in you dreams/ and in real life? Could be an interesting induction method.

However, what you are describing couldn't be Sexual Deprivation Initiated.

Not a reality check as much as auto suggestion. Having a period where sexual arousal is present and one very much would like masturbate or whatever, but doesn't somewhat builds up the want in the body to become lucid so that sexual fulfillment is possible.

Why would you want to deprive yourself of sex to lucid dream. As much fun as lucid dreaming is, sex is better.
