I have read all of the tutorials and help i can find about what to do to get a lucid dream. I have even been keeping a dream journal for a little while now. And the last week i have REALLY improved on dream recall. I remember 1-3 dreams a night now, sometimes in vivid detail.

My question is, is there anything else anyone can recommend to me that maybe mi missing, because i just can't seem to even get close to having a lucid dream. I have been going to bed earlier than normal, keeping dream journal right next to bed so i can wright them down as soon as i wake up. I drink milk or something like that right before going to bed, and throughout my day tell myself i will remember my dreams and have a lucid dream. I also perform reality checks as said in the tutorials, as well as fall asleep to sleep inducing music such as Enigma, or Pink Floyd type stuff.

Is there anything else i should be trying/doing so that i will eventually have a Lucid Dream. It's been a few weeks on these forums and following everything thats being said, but still absolutely no result, which is making me very frustrated.

Have you tried any of the LD induction techniques? Like the Wake Back to Bed method.

Like the Wake Back to Bed method.

Can you possibly link me to that. I remember seeing something about it. maybe it will help.

Have you identified your dream signs? Are you doing lots of reality checks during the day? That is a very basic easy thing to do; and if you get in the habit of it, eventually it will work it's way into your dreams.

jsrnash 12: I feel for you, and I know the frustration you are going through. I've been at it for over a year and I'm starting to gain more confident as I have a LD now and then.
It's good that you are remembering your dreams, as that is really important. "They will happen." Also try and stick with one method for a while and not jump around too much. Check out Billy Bobs tuturals he seems quite knowledge able and really spells it out. All the best.
