Last night, I went to bed a bit tired, and I was using auto-suggestion to do DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream). Suddenly, my heart beat went superfast and I was having trouble breathing. I remember reading somewhere that this means you are going to SP. I waited for ten minutes but nothing happened, so I just moved. I felt heavy and stuff, but I don't think it was SP and I wasn't seeing HI or anything. Anyone have an explanation?
