Hi dreamers!
I would like to ask a phew questions I would be glad if you took the time to answer them, thank you. :)
1 . About how long time does it take to become lucid? If i start to write down the dreams from today and on? Iv'e been lucid before.
2 . Everyone talks about of different methods about Lucid dreaming, but when i first dreamt a lucid dream I just went to sleep. I didn't think to wake up I just started to lucid dream. Is that a method that more then just i tryes.
3 . Is there an good MP3 that just says something like remember the dream, with some variations to it. I know I should probaly (spelling for that insane word please ) use the search function but right now in sweden it's 4 in the morning so I would appriciate it if you would help this 16 year old kid with this.
Thank you all for your cooperation

As far as Audio, I would recommend you read this thread here:

Anyway, to answer your other questions:
Length of time it takes to become lucid really depends on the person. There is no real set time. You could have one the first night, or it could take a month. You'd just have to try and hope for the best.
As far as methods go, yours sounds like a DILD, a Dream Initiated Lucid Dream, in which you just become aware during a dream. There isn't much to that method at all, other than just doing Reality Checks through-out the day and hope to do one in the dream.
The other methods of Lucid dreaming, if done right, can greatly increase your odds of becoming Lucid during a dream... some of them (the WILD) can take you right into a dream from being awake.
I would recommend experimenting with each one to find which works best for you. Theres a whole section of Tutorials and methods, which can be found here:

Good Luck, if you have any other questions, post or PM and I (or someone else) will try to answer them.

Learning to become lucid has many steps each dreamer must go trough. First step is often the beginners luck, when you do no intentional work. Later on, most of the dreamers try DILDs. And as this technique is most often about luck, no results can be guaranteed in a short time. Most dreamers use this time {with first few lucid dreams}, to find out, how dream world feels like. So you made a great first step in your attempts. Writing your dreams down is superb as a motivation tool later on. You will see.
And here is, where the beginners luck took place. You were simply rewarded with a lucid dream. Now there is the big journey ahead, finding out, why it actually worked for the first time. As soon as you get smell for dream world, you will know how to work with it with your own techniques. Usually I dont prefer to use any techniques. I just observe, whats going on and experiment with what i readed.
I cant help you with this.
