I've finally got round to making a slideshow/movie out of my pictures from my trek to Everest Base Camp last October:

Hope you enjoy it! Not everyone likes my taste of music, so turn the sound off if you want :D

Thats pretty cool Pat, i'm surprised that your college would take you to such a place. My college does skiing trips but thats about it.

I live hiking, but unfortunately our college is not able to afford a big trip such as you did. Which is annoying, however i'm sure i'll get round to going on some sort of big hike when i'm older :D

Good slideshow though, it must have been an enjoyable experience for you.

It's not that bad... our school didn't actually pay for any of it - we paid for everything ourselves. It was about 2 grand per person. I had to save up for a while, but it was worth it :)

It was fantastic - thanks :D

Wow, two grand!!! :o

Now thats expensive, you could have had a budget road trip around america for that cost. I think its great that you all pitched in to make something like that happen though. You've already given me an idea :D

That's amazing PP! Great slideshow man... The place looks phenomenal.
Did you feel like taking on a few more bases and gaining some serious elevation during your stay? hehehe..

Someday I will be on top of that baby

Yeah, we were thinking that since we'd gone all that way, we might as well climb the damn thing, but it was Noodle Soup for dinner.
