The need for a Moderator

You all know the hectic changes this forum has gone through. And nearly none of them are good. There have been several staff resigning, many inane pranks(-rolls eyes-) and unwarranted banning of notable members. I see the forum collapsing beneath me, and I would hate to see this place fall apart. That's why you need me as a moderator. I've moderated forums before, and I know what needs to be done. And let me just say that the staff team could use a lot of direction right now.

This is why I'm prepared to lead it. Now; this thread may seem superfluous, but I'll need the community backing my decision to lead the staff in this time of need.

As Moderator I'll:

Never tire when there's work to be done
Ban Offenders of Sexual Harassment (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/member.php?u=9477)
Clean up these useless Prank threadsAnd that's only a small sampling of the policies I'll introduce.

DV needs to be cleaned up, and I'm the only one for the job.
