If they aren't really long then usually I do, but if they are long then I skim through it.

It depends on the topic...

If I'm interested, I'll read it.

It's strange for me. Depending on the topic I'll either read it will full concentration or just speed read it.

I do, however, find it hard to read controversial topics in a row: I'll usually come up with several refuting arguments in the meanwhile and I'll just have to write them down before going on.

i always read the first and latest post. the first one to see what the person who made the thread intended, and the latest to see how far it's progressed. if its a funny thread i read a few in between, but not all.
