They are a group yes, but saying that they are a race is like calling christians a race, and muslims a race, because they are a group that follows a religion.

jews for jesus are not jewish i can tell you that first hand they want to do nothing more than convert us. Their beliefs contradict jewish beliefs yet because they have adopted some jewish rituals they believe that they are jewish. and yes, jews are a genetic group, this has been proven with genetics but converts are merely jewish by faith which i might add is not looked down upon for the most part
