Alpha/Theta waves

I have a burnt cd that includes a audio file titled, Alpha/Theta Waves for Short lucid nap. it's the sound of certain brain waves i think. does this really help induce lucid dreaming??

the title is "hypnosis 21- theta/alpha short nap lucid" i tried it a few times and it never had a lucid dream using it
