I just tried.

I just tried to do a WILD but once again, i can never get past the heaviness/semi paralyzed stage. Every time i start to feel a little tingle or movement, it immediately stops when i realize it. no amount of concentration can ever get them to come. I dont know how to make the vibrations happen, i wish there was some way to induce them. The best technique so far for me is to listen to that high-pitched sound in the back of your head, but it still doesnt work. The only way i can get past the SP stage is to fall asleep, but then that defeats the purpose because i will lose control

please help

You do not always need the vibrations to enter a WILD. It varies from person to person. How long do you generally wait after the heaviness/semi-sp? You might just need to wait for a bit after that stage until you see HI, then you can usually step right into your dream.

i waited for a while, but it just felt like i was getting nowhere

i created some dreamscapes and interacted with them, but i was still aware of my physical body, and it felt like i was just making it all up

Yeah, thats feeling sucks, try to use tactile sensations, try to give yourself a little push, try to bring on the sensations of vibrating and such. Your body will eventually take over and it will be natural. (This is what happens to me). Try to imagine yourself tipping back, and then sliding down a roller coaster for a bit and landing in your dream.

You've heard it before, but you just have to let yourself go, forget about anything and everything. Just watch the dreamscapes until you become a part of them.

Created some dreamscapes? sounds to me like you were having no problems at all! heck when I'm lucid i always feel like i can feel my physical body but its surely not.

yeah, but thats just it, it felt fake, i didnt feel like everything was happening randomly like i want it to

i want to be able to control myself, but i dont want to control what other people/things do in my dream

Update: Last night i guess i skipped the vibrations but when i got really deep into it i could feel a deeper level of sleep paralysis coming in and eventually i would feel my "astral" leg or arm jump out of my body, it would just jerk out uncontrollably, but as soon as it would do it i would realize it and it would go back in

then i could sort of feel my legs and arms floating upward, but noto very far, and that was as far as i could get

You were insanely close! At that point I would just try to forget about your physical body, and imagine your entire body floating up and into a dream.

So far I've been just as far as you, but about 10 months ago I mannaged to break through. I was imagining myself in a video game I had been playing alot and it felt extremely fake, then all the sudden I've got the flipping missile roaring at me!!! Needless to say it scarred me silly when it whent flying by me head and I woke right up. Extremely exciting, extremely gratifying, but extremely short. lol
