OK all my lucids have been DILD's and I really really want to WILD but I feel as though I need more information then I'm finding on here. Every once in awhile I find a post that gives me another piece of the puzzle as to what I should be doing.
so here are my questions and I would super duperly appreciate some good answers
1.) I'm lieing in bed and want to induce SP. What are some basic ways to keep my mind aware. I have tried counting and focusing on breathing but I always lose conciousness. Any tips or methods that you use to help?
2.)I'm in SP. What do I do now? One person said that when you enter SP you should sit up in bed and you are probably in a dream. What if I'm not in a dream? Then my efforts have been wasted!

A couple general knowledge Q's :boogie:
-Is WBTB necessary for JUST sleep paralysis?
-Is it ok to swallow?
-Do I have to make my inner voice shut up?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated:bowdown:

- WBTB is necessary if you want the WILD to go faster and more smoothly. If you've been asleep for a few hours already, your REM stage will come faster. Sleep paralysis is something that you will have to go through no matter what (although I've heard of some people not going through it but still successfully completeing a WILD).
- It's okay to swallow if absolutely necessary, but try to keep it to a minimum because it's distracting.
- I've read that it's best to keep your inner dialogue hushed. When in SP, you shouldn't talk, but instead, you should try to imagine a dreamscape.

That's all the info I can really provide. :)
