How long will it take for subliminal messages to work?

How long do I need to use subliminal messages to have a lucid dream? Would more of the dreams be at the begining of the night making it more difficult to remember? How long should I keep trying this?

What are the subliminal messages in? Like music , screen savers or movies?

it's a program that flashes the messages on the computer screen for 10 miliseconds at a time (I know subliminal messages for other things will work because I tested it on my little brother yesterday).

Where did you get the program?

I got the light version of subliminal flash from www.wordofmouthexperiment.com and I edited the list of messages after I downloaded it. I went there earlier though and I couldn't find the light version any more, just a trial version.
