one of my favorite (easiest) exercises, it's to train my concentration with the help of the sun symbol.
Why?
Very simple. I start below one of the training programs and do nothing more than sit comfortable on the chair and focus my mind 5min. on the centre of the sun. That's all there is to it.

Combined with various breathing exercises results in a spectacular focus.

I am sure one or the other knows this exercise slightly as Trataka meditation. In contrast to Trataka meditation, which is static, I have written some small programs in Java to dynamic the exercise.
The exercise is very simple.
After the program started, look relaxed to the centre of the symbol. The bulk of your attention rest in the middle of the sun, while a little part of your attention follows the pulsation from the circuit. That's all there is to it.
Sounds like nothing special, just start and look relaxed 5min. to the center...
Impact on your dreams:
As an example, what can happen in your dreams, I would point out to my dream 'Nur der Mann im Mond schaut zu (http://37351.rapidforum.com/topic=100368717782)' (Translation will follow).
In this dream I do an astonishing memory exercise and do over 30 times fixed a point in the dream and the dream doesn't dissolved! Only when the memory exercise in the dream is verified from the Yogi, than ends the dream.
This also describes best the true benefits of exercise:
In the middle dormant, I am aware of things 10000.

The sun oscillate between min- and max-velocity, change every cycles (from min- to max-expansion) her velocity. Ideal for the work.
Colors: The sun circles throught the rainbow (red to violet) and begins again from red.

The same how PRo_Concentration_Classical only in white.
PRo_Concentration_Galaxy_v1.1.jar
The same how PRo_Concentration_Universe with a galaxy circles in the background.

I have adapt the behavior from the sun to the universe. The expansion-velocity reduce themselves from very fast (big bang) to very slow (max-expansion of the sun) and visa vi.
Colors: The sun circles between the rainbow-area. Red (min-expansion) to violet, darkblue to orange to red (max-expansion).

The same how PRo_Concentration_Universe only in white.
Requirements:
You need the JRE1.5 or higher of Sun (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp) to run the programms.
I tested the programs on Windows XP, because I have no other system. Think there wouldn't problems with other systems. Those who have information regarding a (positive / negative -> runs on a different system than Windows XP, please post here).

Then click on the button 'GMX Media Centre start', select the folder concentration and click on the programs to download. Currently, the programmes are release until 09.07.2008.
In the Zip archive I have an german and english readme. Please read them for the program controlls.
Start the programm:
To start the program double-click on the jar-file.
Stop the program:
To stop the program press ESC, SPACE or ENTER.
Bugs:
By some notebooks and pc's the task bar doesn't disappears. If the task bar disturbed, they simply unlocked and push them to the bottom.
