Some Lucid Dreaming Problems..

Well, i've had about 5 lucid dreams over 1-2 months. Only about 1 lucid dream was when I could actually control and do things. The last 4, it just seems like I can't do anything when I find out i'm lucid, and for some reason I always end up in 3rd person. It just seems like I know i'm lucid, but i'm not the one controlling myself. Does anyone have any tip to actually have control over my dreams and not just be like watching a movie..?

This long haired guy, explains quite well the 5 levels/layers of Lucid dreaming on You Tube.
He obviously got the info from other sources, but this is the easiest to get a quick grasp of the layers.
According to this video, you are at Level 2 of the 5 layers.
