How do i work with this dream sign.

One thing i have never done with my lucid dreaming out of laziness is catalog dream signs, which i have finally done!

One thing that stands out that happens in almost every dream is having people in it i normally would not be with in real life. Old friends, old teachers, dead family members, celebrities, my ex-girlfriend who i have not talked to in eight months, and so on.

This opens a problem to me because besides the celebrities and dead family members, the other ones may actually occur in real life, but not probably. So how do i make it so i realize them being in my dreams as a dream sign to becoming lucid?

You can train with this DS just like you would with one that occurs often in waking life. Several times during the day stop to vividly imagine seeing one or more of these people. Try to get as "in" to the scenario as possible. Then say to your self "Hey! I think this is a dream!" Do a RC (or a few). Then imagine what you might do if your RCs told you you were dreaming.
