Ok so how exactly do you use Frosting from a plastic tub? Is it like Butter icing?( as in mixing butter ans icing sugar?) I've heard people eat it from the tub but if it's glacier icing( as in just icing sugar and water) surely it would be solid but whipped and creamy....

http://www.americansoda.co.uk/uk/American-Soda/Home/Baking/Icing-+-Frosting/Betty-Crocker-Whipped-Fluffy-White-Frosting.aspx

Here's an example, does this is taste like butter cream from inside a sponge cake but in a huge tub or what? How is it used exactly, if some Americans literally eat a tub i can see why people get obese...

1. Use safety knife to avoid cutting oneself.

2. Spread on cake/pastry/confectionary.

3. Consume.

Lol I totally just ate a tub of this a few days ago...

...it's my favorite icing EVER!! Rainbow Chip owns. I'm going to make some mini food charms with Rainbow Chip Frosting. :D It's different from buttercream, which is really sweet and super rich. This frosting is more light and fluffy and vanilla-y. It's super easy to eat by the teaspoon...where as I can barely finish a buttercream frosted cupcake in one sitting b/c they are so rich.

You should try it! It's like heroin...

Please to god tell me you actually ate it with something like some cookies or bread...and not just plain!

They're making jokes about american's being fat, and then you suggest I eat my frosting with cookies? Nah. Just eat it straight outta the tub. It's best that way. Especially when it's frozen. Mmmmm...

But if you must put it on something...cake. Not cookies or bread. Cake.

I don't care about the whole fat thing...but wouldn't that just make you sick just eating the frosting alone?

You just stop before you start to throw up.

Yeah, but sometimes you get sick after awhile after eating it. I mean if you kept eating it until you felt sick, then you might as well be throwing up!

I ate the dirt from my mom's potted plants (no, not pot plants) when I was 1 :)

We rarely ever buy frosting (preferring to make it instead), but I've never sat there and ate it (though the thought has occasionally crossed my mind). If I do decide to eat it right out of the packaging, I just have one spoonful.

The German chocolate cake frosting is quite delicious as well :D I love coconut.

Aw, come on! At least have something else with the frosting if you don;t want cookies, like zucchini bread (very healthful) or bacon (very delicious).
(In my opinion, zucchini breadtastes better without frosting, especially fresh. Bacon, on the other hand... Most types of bacon are really good with icing. As long as you don;t have iced bacon more than two or three times a decade.)

Forsting is cool. Icing is also cool, but too sweet (frosting is also too sweet, if not added to something salty or savory, but not as bad as icing).

I have that exact icing in my cupboard now. I'm totally making pancakes tomorrow and icing them with it.

A cup of coffee is the perfect way to balance your frosting :D You could even stir some in there if that suits your fancy!

With bacon? Erm, no. The closest I get with that is having the syrup with my pancakes mix with my sausage.

Don't put icing on zucchini bread, that's just wrong. Icing goes on cake or cupcakes.

...or you can just eat it by itself, if you have a stomach like a steel trap. Which Nina apparently does. :eh:
