1&1/2 tsp of nutmeg at 7 PM
about 1/2 of a cup of apple juice at 7PM
6 mg melatonin at 9 PM
100mg of B6 at 9 PM
If I wake up at 2 AM or later, another 1/2 cup or so of apple juice
100,000X10-to-the-23rd mg of positive attitude, har har.


Wish me luck for tonight! I'll report results tomorrow. :)

waste of everything imo. do it naturally, all this stuff is gimmicks mostly. just grab some peanut butter/banana

So, for the first time in over a month, I can't remember any of my dreams for last night at all. So, obviously, nutmeg is out. At first I woke up really annoyed, but then I just got over it. You just gotta let it flow, man.

Um, there's no way having nutmeg would have made a difference either way. Some nights you just don't remember shit.
