First of all i found this information on an AP forum, but can't find the link anymore. Basically there it explained a technique to get lucid.
What you do for a few weeks is start doing reality checks whenever you need to go to the toilet, for a leak. Try to do this as often as possible so that it can eventually cross over into your dreams. After a few weeks you can try the technique. Before going to bed drink alot of water, this is so that your bladder fills up once you are asleep. Hopefully the urge to go to the toilet is enough to make you need to go in a dream. If this happens that RC may trigger you to become lucid.
This isn't the best methods i have seen, as it can lead to having to get up to releave yourself ect. But it is a very direct method to induce an ld if done right.

haha, there are some obvious disadvantages to that technique :P :
TILD (http://www.brain.web-us.com/lucid/luciddreamingFAQ.htm#What%20is%20TILD%20(Thirst%20 Induced%20Lucid%20Dream))?
Hmm. Can do the same everytime your watch beeps.
And that doesnt help much either.
Trying to be aware ALL the time is much more helpfull, but infinitely more difficult.

Drinking water eh?
O...k....
do not try with out the aid of rubber pants.
Thanks for the technique Xisdence.
I am going to start trying this as it should be perfect for me since I already drink a very large glass of freshly made vegatable juice each night before going to bed. Although that is not the best time to have a large glass of liquid as it does cause one to have to get up during the night, and which sometimes makes it difficult to stay still when waking up in order to remember a dream because of the urge to use the bathroom, it is usually the only time I can make the juice as I get up early to go to work and work long hours, leaving late at night the only time I can make the juice. So for me this is perfect, and something I had completely overlooked. Thank you. :D

You don't be aware the whole day, im not sure what you mean exactly, but only do a reality check when you need to go for a piss. After a few weeks, (maybe days) hopefully this RC should pass over into your dreams.

i was refering to ct's comment sorry
I dont think you can manage beeing aware all the time... I dunno perhaps some monks can, thats why I said it was so difficult.
But I tried the whole RC thing with my watch and it does not get a habit that you do in your dreams...

I heard a good method about a month and a half ago here. It mentioned, putting a sign on the door to your bathroom that said, "You Are Dreaming". I suppose if you drink then see it enough, you might have an RT, its probably one of the better methods i have heard of.
But in the case, that doesn't work, read what i think:
usually when you seek dreams.. and you think you are seperating real from unreal, you tend to start mixing them, which makes it hard to LD. RTs usually won't work because you won't do anything you will do in real life. I have this problem, WILD and WBTB methods work excellently because i can control things going in.
