Lately I seem to be making some progress because I am aware in dreams that I am dreaming. However the number of lucid dreams I am getting is not going up. I become an observer of my dreams knowing that they are unreal and being to affect the general stream of progression. I can't seem to get lucidity.

Last time I did Rcs regularly in waking life I felt like slitting my neck with a serrated knife. It also didn't help in dreams because the few times I did do rcs in dreams whatever the answer I got I accepted and just moved on.

My lucid dreams come randomly and I get them from regular sleep sessions rather than wbtb.

When I do wbtb I either fall into a deep sleep for the remaining time of sleep or it takes me over 80 minutes to even get asleep.

I had some sucess but it seems it was just a fleeting sense of accomplishment from what I deemed success at the time.

The same thing happens to me. 9 dreams out of 10 I'll do a reality check but not have that "Eureka" moment, I just go about my dream. Also, in every dream I always have that thought in the back of my head that I know I'm dreaming, but that's as far as I've gotten. Help?

I hate those missed opportunities. They happen so often, yet so few are ever, you know, giving that "WHOA!" moment. With training, it'll hopefully get better.
