I've posted this before, but I'm still curious as to what it is;
Basically, this happened about 7 times over the course of a month, about a year ago. It would happen when I was using my brain a lot, like during a test in school or programming on the computer.
What would happen is that everything would get really loud around me, everything would seem to happen really fast, and I would hear my thoughts as the voice of a low pitched voice yelling. Like in my math test, the sound of people writing and crinkling papers was extremely loud, and hearing the questions that I was reading was like yelling in my ears.
I don't have any mental problems, or any medical/social problems otherwise, just to let you know. Basically, I'm just wondering what this is.

Could've been a mild stress attack(that's what I call it).
Idk if there's a scientific term for it, but I get that on average a few times a year during times of high mental stress.
I get frustrated easily at the way people are being so inconsiderately loud and whatnot, even though they're not really being loud.

I don't know if I'm misunderstanding, but it's kind of severe. It's not that everybody is loud, it's that everything becomes extremely loud, like my perception is increased and the rate of time goes by faster. Standing up to turn my test in felt like I was quickly running to turn it in. Also, I wasn't stressed out at all. It was a fairly easy test and nobody was bothering me.

Yeah, that's exactly what I get like.
Idk if it's a bad thing though, I've never cared to get checked out or anything.

If its stress, smoke some weed. I know how you feel, school can really be a shit hole most of the time. I find that weed actually enhances the experience for what its worth though.

I've had auditory hallucinations both sober and not. The most intense ones ever though are those you experience while on LSD - at least to me.

Anxiety attack was also the first thought that went through my head reading the OP.
FYI, OP, anxiety attacks happen more often during stressful periods of life, but they aren't triggered by stress. They tend to happen at random and it's quite common for people to get them without having felt consciously stressed out prior to that.
