why are my lucid dreams not right

i keep having dreams and i kinds relize i am dreaming but my dreams arent clear and when i say increase clarity or lucid it doesnt work

i have had that twice now in a week

ea i am deffinitly sure i was dreaming but i dont think i really thought about it next time i attempt to get lucid i am going to relize that i can do whatever i want

Are you sure you were lucid and in control? Because some people have dreams where they realize they are dreaming, but don't become in control... This happens to me.

You were tired maybe try spinning or rubbing your hands. They work by forcing the sleepy brain to focus on the spinning and generating 'heat' when you rub your hands.

Things aren't clear because you haven't learned to focus your attention properly. Heck, if you focus on how things aren't clear, you're likely to make sure it stays that way.

Just pick something and focus on it. THat should help clear things up
