Then, I would like to know if anyone is, or speak french ^^.
So I know that everbody ask you this but, what is the best way to have a LD ? Because, I tryed a lot of things since last year without any success, I begin to be bored...

Sorry about my spelling, your Anglaise is much better than my Frances
Where in France do you live? I have been to your beautiful country a number of times, To Paris, the Riviara, the Champagne region.
Tell us a little about what yo have tried so that perhaps we can help you.

dougdrums : Yes, Sonic is the best !!! ^^
How many ? I recall 1 or 2 dreams in a night but not any more...
Seeker : Je vais bien Seeker ! Merci
French is very complicated ;) I live in Dijon (in the middle of the north-east of France) our specialty is the mustard (Moutarde de Dijon) 8)
Ok I tell you... I have tried to recall all of my dreams (I can do that it's easy), I wonder "Am I dreaming ?" every day, I have tried realtity test (look everywhere and see if I'm dreaming or not), I wonder when I go to sleep "I'll lucid dreaming this time" and more technic but I can't remember all...
Thanks for trying to help me ^^

answer: there is no 'best way'. you just have to find the way that works best for you...read lucid dreaming websites, they will tell you different techniques and ways to attain lucidity in dreams.
