I'm curious as to know. I usuallu go to sleep at 2:00 AM and wake up around 12:00 PM. IS that good? or should i go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I'm not sure what to do... :?

hmmm...what i've heard about sleep is that you're most likely to become lucid if you keep regular sleeping times. so if you go to bed at 12 on a regular basis then that adds to your chances of becoming lucid. the only time where you need a specific amount of sleep is when you're going to use the WBTB (wake back to bed) method. you need 6 hours of sleep for that one and then you wake up completely for 20min then go back to sleep. i've heard that people have a lot of success with that one.
