Easiest LD technique?

What technique is generally the easiest to use to induce a LD. I eant to learn how to WILD, but I want to know what the majority of DV is using as a technique.

everyone is different, you cant just ask what the best technique is. but me myself found it easy to DILD at first when i was right into RCing, but now when ive got time i DEILD (ive not got much time, so i dont do it often)

but with mega practise and self discipline (which i dont have), you should be able to learn WILD.
