This has a couple of B vitamins in it :)
A friend and I tested it, and we either had a LD or really vivid dreams.
All we did was drink a bottle before we went to bed and poof!
wake up the next morning (or in the middle of the night to pee) and remember our dreams :) It's also a good way to increase chances on a WBTB.

Powerade can be bought at any 7-11 near you! :)
I just got two more big bottles of it, and another person to test with :)
Good luck to those who try.

I drink powerade a lot and it hasn't given me any enhanced vividness in a dream. Nor has it helped with recall. That's just me though.

It could work for you. Post back to tell us how it went.

That sucks for you yuri! Sorry to hear that :P
Also, Maybe you are drinking too much and it causes a negative effect ca1um132.
(maybe, just maybe...Like an overdose)

This just sounds like an extremely viral campaign put on by the wonderful makers of Powerade!

I get litt;le more effect from drinking a bottle of powerade before bed than I do from drinking a bottle of cold water before bed.
The dark blue powerade does have the greatest difference in effect, though.

I bet that's due to the fact that you drink it frequently. This, your body has gotten used to the excess in b vitamins. He on the other hand probably rarely drinks poweraid.

Probably so if anybody has success with this tell us.

I'll try it this weekend i think, or whenever I buy some poweraid.

I drink powerade instead of pop, so I drink it all the time. I've never noticed any increase in the vividness of my dreams, and I've never gotten an LD as a result of drinking it. But, if it works for you guys, then great.

Well. Any vitamin B in it is going to be minimal, or the daily dose.

The amount suggested to affect dreams is many many times the recommended daily dose. Sugar and other things have a mixed affect on dreaming... I would think the best affect would be like drinking water; it can make you wake up in the middle of the night.

I'd have to say placebo.

However, you never know.
Powerade isn't actually a thirst quencher, it's a dehydrator. They put extra salt in it so athletes will drink more water to rehydrate themselves. It mostly just replenishes electrolytes, if it's the same at Gatorade.
Who knows, maybe the extra sodium or thirst causes you to have better dreams.

I know personally, whenever I'm thirsty, I sleep way lighter because all I can think about is getting a drink until I actually get it. Maybe this could make you lucid?

I doubt there is a high enough concentration of any vitamin or mineral to do any real good.

WOW! Now that you're talking about this I flashed up! Monday I drank a powerade during the end of the day and I have recalled 4 dreams (it's my record)! This thing might really work then =D I think I'll buy these more often :O
