Lately I have felt very unmotivated to wild! Each night my alarm goes off at the same time (2:30) I get out of bed, use the restroom and fall asleep. Each time I lay back in my bed I think "Okay tonight im going to wild!" but end up falling asleep. I try and get focused but dont even get as far as counting my breaths! I REALLY WANNA LEARN TO WILD! When I was trying and motivated my attempts were going good! Now I just feel tired. My alarm will go off and sometimes I wont even get out of bed! Should I get out of bed longer?

yea I have the same problem too sometimes and the reason why is because I work a lot during the day and only get 6 hours of sleep. how much sleep do you get?

Try DEILD. It needs a much shorter period of (intense) concentration.
