Tingling when wilding

Why did i get a tingling sensation when i tried to wild? A few nights ago when trying to sleep, my eyes closed and i began to have a tingling sensation in my hands and my legs, what happend?

That sounds about right. I get all kinds of weird physical feelings when I WILD. Did it ruin the WILD for you? How did it turn out?

Well, yes and no in terms of ruining it. After a while of tingling i moved a ilttle but then i stayed still, but the tingling kind of bothered me and so, i just got up. I didn't let myself enter into the dream. I'll try again tonight. I tried during the day but unsucessful.

Yes, don't be put off by the weird sensations you may feel. They don't always happen, and when they do, they are perfectly normal and safe.

That would be your extremities going numb from lack of use.

I had the what I assume was the same sensation wen I was doing Yoga Nidra my first time, it was very unsettling and distracted me from what I was doing but I just did my best to ignore it.

Tingling ain´t so weird. Happens to me even in light relaxation.
