what is it? whats it all about? why did you choose it? and what others have you had in the past?


Mine is Deadpool. He's a comic book character from Marvel. He's a mercenary for hire, and he's mental unstable. I chose him because he reminds me to never take things too seriously. And my previous avatars have been spider-man, and Cloud from Final Fantasy.

It's Suika Ibuki, from the Touhou series.

She's an Oni, which is sort of like the equal to the western word "Troll" due to the horns and.. Wait.. Oni's are supposed to be manly, nasty and have horns. Oh well. This is Japan we're talking about.

She looks like a little girl, yet she's probably Really Seven Hundred Years Old. (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ReallySevenHundredYearsOld) Again, it's Japan.
Oh, and she loves feasts and she's constantly drunk. She's responsible for the story-line in one of the Touhou games for making people hold feasts every 3 days.

Aaand she can manipulate density, so she can grow huge, turn herself into a mist, and make black holes. That sort of thing.

Mine is a tatto I've considered getting, but I haven't decided if it's something I want to do, yet. Permanent is a long time.

I love birds in general and sparrows are simple and endearing to me. There is also a verse that goes something like "Not one sparrow falls apart from the Father's will." That has personal significance and would be a good reminder if I did get that tattoo. Aside from that, in general I just like how it looks.

Abbey Road has been used before on here, so I didn't want to seem like a jackass for copying another person's avatar. The cover for Revolver seems the most dreamlike to me. I am considering getting another one, probably of Rubber Soul, Yellow Submarine, or Magical Mystery Tour next.

The one I had before this was of a Metroid from the Metroid video game series, and the one before that was of a crow picking up a doll, this being was from a scene in an anime called Air. Anyway, my av should be pretty self-explanatory. I made it myself in response to an av I saw where there was a vegetarian instead, hugging the cow like a damn PeTA member. Well let me tell you what PeTA really stands for: People eating Tasty Animals. That's what it stands for, and that's what I stand for.

...And yes, I did in fact intend the overall effect of my av to be as crude, crass and insensitive as it is. I'll probably take it off at the end of the month...by then I should have offended just enough people with it.

Terra, the de facto main protagonist of Final Fantasy VI (who is also in my sig). An organization called The Nature Conservancy works to re-establish suitable environments for this beautiful and tiny butterfly, as well as other endangered species, by buying up land and planting the land to support the endangered species new environments. The Karner Blue Butterflies like a flower called Blue Lupines which they are dependent on for procreation, so if you want to help, go to <www.Nature.org> and make a donation, or volunteer, or see if you are located where the species exists and if planting Blue Lupines on your land for them could help!
