YAKIMA, Wash. -- A 5-year-old student at Apple Valley Elementary in Yakima headed home on the bus with more than books in his backpack. Inside was a smelly package his father never imagined he'd be toting around.

This whole situation wreaks.

Still I have no problem with what the teacher did.

It serves no purpose to do so, and is humiliating for the child.

Fire her, sue her for damages.

Yeah, I smell a lawsuit.

I'm with the teacher.

Me too, I mean what the fuck was this kid doing pooping in the middle of the classroom?

He's 5. He may have a mental problem. What the fuck went through the teachers head that she thought it would be all right to put a biohazard in a child's back pack and make him carry it around.

He pooped on her floor. Her clean, clean floor she uses for being boned on.

Then go teach high school, then you can send cum home when a kid does that on the floor.

Honestly, it was only one time.

I have to wear long pants and some form of under garment now.
Anyway, it is a technically a biohazard.

That note she included was a little cryptic. "This little turd was on the floor in my room." Was she referring to the poop or the student?

It is cryptic isn't it? Confusing...

When I was in kindergarten, I had really fluffy wool socks or something. By the time I got to school, I had big balls of fluff in between my toes which was really uncomfortable.

So I would take my socks off in class and pick them out from between my toes. The teacher caught me doing this one day, and she was like WTF!?!?

To have a mental disability doesn't absolve one of their actions. If he doesn't have the mental capacity to use a toilet, his parents shouldn't be sending him to school without a diaper.

I didn't read the link, so I'm just going by mystery's response, but...
The fact that it is his poo and not the teacher's poo makes this story incredibly dull.
