that's what happened!
I practiced dream yoga for 3 days...in these 3 days all of my dream recall went to the hell! I didn't recalled anything!
I generally recall 2-3 dreams...but almost never happens that..
and it doesn't make any sense, if I am getting very aware in real life, knowing that it's an illusion too, and I'm not getting lost in thoughts....why my recall decreased to that point?
or awareness in real life is not linked with dream recall?
what happened?
this fact killed a lot of my interest...
thankks

Dream yoga is more strenuous than other methods of reality checking, and it could be that your decreased dream recall is a result of you working harder during the day and thus sleeping more soundly at night. Or it could be totally unrelated. But if you're already looking for reasons to quit dream yoga after only three days, you might want to consider if you were even ready to start in the first place. Maybe spend a bit more time working on daily breath counting and work up from there.

3 days are way too little to conclude anything.
There could be hundreds of other reasons too, if anything Dream Yoga should't decrease your recall ability.
Give it some time.

I think "Happiness..." is on to something. It takes a great deal of psychic energy to do the checks all off the time, so maybe you just are using up more energy than you are used to. My advice would be to "raise energy" by pulling in energy from around you... I know it sounds strange, but hey since you are into dream-yoga, you are already going down that path ;)
The following quote is from Robert Bruces website Astraldynamics and is only one example of raising energy.
http://www.astraldynamics.com/tutorials/new-energy-ways/more-new-energy-ways.html
"Energy Breathing:
The air we breathe contains a lot of energy and a small amount of this is absorbed into the body naturally through breathing. The mouth, nose, throat and lungs are full of internal energy exchange ports that aid this purpose. The energy absorbed by these can be increased by adding awareness actions and imagination to natural breathing. This is very simple to do and all that is required is to become consciously aware of the air entering your nose, moving into and through nasal passages and down into your lungs. Your awareness must follow the leading edge of the air, all the way in as it is breathed IN and your lungs fill, and all the way OUT as waste air is exhaled.
Imagination can be used to enhance this even more by imagining the air being breathed is charged with coloured energy, and by feeling this colour being absorbed into the lungs. The expulsion of waste energy can also be enhanced by feeling waste energy leaving the body as a cloud during the OUT breath, and by imagining this as being a dirty colour. "

yeah...I'm sure that I'm doing it bad...
I remember, a few days ago, I tried dream yoga, but without too much force..
and that night, I was in the dream and said "this is a dream, I can't believe how my mind can render all those faces that I don't know..."
but I didn't become lucid after that...
happiness and specialies...
yeah, you are right, it's obvious I will keep trying...
tjuulsgaard...
yeah, I'm doing what you said..
In fact...I was doing it all the time, it was impulsive...everytime I said "this is a dream/illusion/it's all in my head..blahalblah" I took a breath and become happier...
the energy breathing is pretty right because of the above..
guau...
so, I will do it now, but more consciously...
and, yesterday I remembered my dreams, when I wake up I knew that I was on a lot of places doing a lot of things...
thanks for your interesting info..it's incredible!

It really is quite interesting... ;) I have been playing around with trying to have "out-of-body-experiences" and the idea that we all have an energy body is quite acceptable for me after all i have read and to some degree experienced for myself.
The energy body needs fuel, ie: Energy. Giving your energy body fuel will give you more power to experience all sorts of great "paranormal" stuff as Lucid dreaming and out of body experiences(among many things) As your energy body is being filled with energy it evolves and can hold more and more energy - so its important to do some energy-workout throughout the day.
Anyway if you want to know more about energy-work, you should try the link i posted above. (and Robert Bruces book "Energy work" can be greatly recommended.)

I would add another book recommendation: Judith Orloff's Positive Energy. It's simple, practical, and will really make you smile. :)
It has nothing to with lucid dreaming though, haha.

I think you may have what they call a Dry Spell.
I think a Dry Spell is when you can't recall any dreams or have a long period when you don't become lucid no matter what you try.
All you can really do is just wait it out I guess...
