Will Galantamine work if...

Hello! I've read a book Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The Power of Supplements and I want to try Galantamine+Choline lucidity trigger. But there is a problem - I'm taking Risperidone (3x2mg a day) and Cyclodol (Trihexyphenidyl) (2x2mg a day) (To remove Risperidone side effects) for health reasons. I've read that Trihexyphenidyl is blocking acetylcholine receptors, while Galantamine is supposed to boost acetylcholine levels. Won't Cyclodol make Galantamine useless?
