Weird... Iīve tried to WILD just normally on my back for... lets say 50 times. I remember that every time my arms went to partial SP, starting from my fingers, but the rest of my body didnīt SP at all, exept for my toes.
Now Iīve discovered a better posture: I lay on my back, and I put my hands above my head. This way I donīt feel the urge to move.
After changing the posture, Iīve taken a huge step forward. I can almost always get my hands to SP. But thatīs it. My right hand goes to 80-90% SP, and the left to 30-60%. My toes go just a bit numb, and my face too, but just a few percents.
So in a nutshell:
Only my arms go to SP, expecially when my hands are above my head.
Any idea how I could get a FULL SP?

SP is an all or nothing type thing. When it happens, you can't move, and sometimes it feels like you cant breathe. The numbness you're feeling is probably from being in a relaxed state for a long time without moving.
If you don't suffer from isolated sleep paralysis normally, I wouldn't worry about getting into SP. There are people who WILD without SP at all.

My hands aint just numb, they are paralysed. And ofc you have to SP to WILD but you donīt have to notice it.

"Sleep paralysis can happen randomly, and it often does a few times over a person's life. They may be laying in bed, either having woken up from sleep or just about to fall asleep, and find themselves completely paralyzed."

I've had sleep paralysis happen to me all of my life, and it was never partial. hopefully someone else can help you with this.

Ghost, what you are describing is not SP. I too used to think that the the numbness and higher difficulty of moving my limbs was SP, but it's not. I can reach that level pretty quickly nowadays, but it's still not SP.
I realized that it was never SP until the one day I really did have SP. I woke up on my couch, not able to yell or move at ALL, and hallucinated a shadowy figure sneaking up on me from behind.

That is the explanation of the sleep disorder. The sleep disorder has the exact same name as the paralysis mechanism. The disorder itself means that the paralysing mechanism is on while the mind is aware.

Iīve had dozens of spontaneus SPs, I know what it feels like. And I know that if Iīm laying in bed and my arms go 100% paralysed (happened recently), that is partial SP.

Stop focusing on SP! TOO MANY people on dreamviews go on about this.. Sure you hit SP and then WILD but iv WILDed a bit and the gap between SP and WILD has been a fraction sometimes. Focus on the end result.
