I don't want to sound harsh but either go through posts describing usual problems or be more specific about how you WILD. We are not clairvoyants (at least not me)

Yeah searching the forums is a good idea.

However, maybe you are not allowing yourself to wake up enough when you attempt a WILD.
Try and stay up a little longer next time.

I have the same problem. My mind starts getting distracted, images float into my head and I forget what number I was up to. My breathing pattern is also disrupted. Soon I'm sleeping WILD-lessly. :(

Hopefully I get better after more practice.
