UPDATE:

Made contact with the freemason. He seemed old and weak, but he is quite obviously armed with great knowledge. He knew what breed my dogs were, which is odd because they are an exotic African dog, and almost everyone asks what they are. Also, the dogs began sniffing his car. He suggested they saw their own reflection. I suggest he is hiding something.

This gets more and more interesting everyday. Now that I have made first contact, I will slowly get to know him better. Maybe he is old and has nothing to lose, which means he will spill the beans to me.

Side note: one of the symbols on his car contains the number 32. The opposite of 23, which means he is one degree away from being a 33 degree freemason. This guy is way up in the ranks, I'll have to get to know him very well.
