Its my fourth day since i started lucid dreaming, and its the fourth day without any memory of my dreams....i have really tried to relax and just think that it would come eventually but i was able to remember like 1-2 dreams before when i was doing this..any suggestions on how i could get my recall back:(?BTW i go to sleep at 10-12 and wake up 6-7 not sure if that means anything.

Recall depends on how much you want to recall. If you can't remember dreams now but could before, I'd say that now you don't want it much. Maybe fixing not wanting attitude can help.

I'm assuming that you are using a dream journal, or you wouldn't even be asking, right? Beyond that, I find that reading your most recent dreams before bed does a lot of good for recall if you have been having a dry spell.

Autosuggestion before sleeping has helped for me: "I will wake up after every dream period and perfectly remember my dream."
You can use any variation of them, whatever works for you and suggests good recall.
Also, here is the dream recall tutorial (http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=66343).

Well when you wake up, I have a good dream recall, but only last a short period of time.
That's why I keep thinking about it, and write it in my journal.
