I suggest autosuggestion by way of mantras. It would be helpful to choose a mantra with the aspect of waking up after every dream(that makes them easier to remember). 'I will wake up after every dream, and perfectly remember them', 'I will be aware of waking after every dream', etc. You can create your own or change any existing ones you know of to your liking, as long as you're comfortable with it and it's easy for you to remember. Don't be discouraged if your results are not great the first couple of nights, your recall should build up over time.
For reality checks, perhaps wear watch and commit to doing a reality check every x number of minutes. I have done this with success, and in my experience just wearing the watch has me constantly thinking of lucidity.

Do you sleep all night straight through or do you wake up in the middle? If you want to remember most of your dreams I suggest getting habit of knowing when your REM is ending. I do it naturally, so basically I wake up after every REM-period, thus recalling dream is easy :) brain usually wipes out previous dreams before the next REM-period.

You can still wear a watch...I meant that you could make sure you do a reality check every five minutes, ten minutes, twenty minutes, etc., by checking the time(wearing the watch for the purpose of reality checking) :) Something you could substitute it for is a cell phone, though a watch is easier in my opinion since it's visible and always out in the open.
This thread (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=70771) gives some insight on when some people choose to reality check.
