Hey all, ever since I started using an exercise ball I fell in love with the workout that it provided me.
I could go on and on, but I wrote a blog which sums everything up. If you are looking for a new way to work out, I highly recommend it.
I no longer have to run on the treadmill for hours and hours. I hope it helps you out as much as it did for me. Also, let me know what you think of my blog. Constructive criticism is welcome.

I still haven't tried to use one of those things. My girlfriend keeps trying to get me on one, but they just look way too silly. I feel like a trained circus seal or something.

I like that first picture on your blog.

Hmm, I've been wanting to take a look at these. If I wanted to do dumbell bench presses on one, what type of exercise ball would I need to get? Also, about how much would it cost.

I sit on one at work, it's a great core workout.

 Ninja. People don't laugh at you when you roll into a meeting on a giant bouncy ball? Do you work at the circus?

Hah, that reminds me of an episode of The Office. Dwight brings an exercise
ball in to work and Jim pops it with a pair of scissors.
