Whether or not this was accomplished in 365 days is irrelevant. This video makes it very apparent how much exercise can improve your appearance.

Motivation for all of us, I'm sure.

You can still see that he's a nerd xD.

And towards the end he didn't get any bigger, he must have hit a plateau.

Its just the different shades of shorts making him look more buff.

It's easier for a skinny guy to get ripped as in more definition

Actually, if you click and hold on the red progress bar and run it across a few times, you'll see that he actually did get bigger. His progress becoming toned was very quick, while the volume building was quite slow.

Have you ever actually lifted to increase body mass?

From his starting look, I'd say 2 months is a fair time just to knock off all of that extra body fat. After that it depending on the person's metabolism. Some people will plateau just because their metabolism is too high and they cannot intake enough food/protein to keep up with it, or they do not want to intake that much.

Getting into shape and being fit/defined is easy. Building significant muscle mass is the hard part.

Lol @ e-brag.

Anyway, I doubt you gained 15lbs of lean muscle mass in a month. That would take AT LEST 3-6 months depending on what your routine was like.

Yeah, taking in extra water weight is useless. I personally like to dehydrate myself in saunas and hot tubs. Last week I lost 12lbs from the start of my work out to the end after the sauna was over. I went from 174-162. Of course the next day I was back up to 175.

Your muscles need oxygen not water, sure water has oxygen in it, but its not going to make a huge difference
