The woman and her son were in his back yard looking into his kitchen. It is possible that the charges go through due to the fact that he might not have had reasonable expectation for privacy depending on whether or not his yard was fenced in and whether or not it was visible from public ground like a sidewalk. Nonetheless, they were trespassing on his property.

An interesting detail is that the woman's husband is a police officer.

I guess you really don't own your own home now a days if you can't even be naked in the house. Not like he was outside.... what if she saw him naked coming out of the shower? arrest him aswell?


BTW look at all the speculating the Police are doing...he should not go to jail, but he should win his lawsuit against the police for being retards.

You can be nude in your own home, but within reasonable bounds. For example, you can't stand on your couch with the drapes open at a window that can be seen by the street.
